Pricing Options

Your provider determines the dose that is medically appropriate for you. Every prescription is an 8-week supply, regardless of dosage. Pricing is disclosed before purchase.

$75 Consultation Fee

30-minute medical consultation: $75

If treatment is prescribed and purchased, the $75 consultation fee is credited toward medication. If the provider determines that the patient is not eligible to become a patient, the $75 is refunded as long as the patient answered the health intake questions accurately.

Payment Options

Every prescription is an 8-week supply. Patients may either:

• Pay monthly through autopay, or
• Pay the full 8-week amount every two months when the next vial is due.

There is no separate membership fee.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the medication price. Cedar Pharmacy ships medication directly to the patient.

Labs

Laboratory testing is not routinely required. Labs are ordered only when the provider determines there is a medical reason. If labs are needed, the patient uses a lab in their local community and pays the lab directly. Depending on the laboratory, the lab may be able to bill the patient's insurance.
